My First Day of Montessori School!

I'm ready for school! I have my backpack on and I am ready to go!
I'm trying to open the door and start my day.

Oh, Mom, another picture? Okay. I enjoyed my first day. I got to see the school's pet bunny named Snuggles too. I was so excited that I showed Mama the bunny. I hope everyone has a great school year also. Happy Learning, Everyone!

My Grandparents visit!

Check out our newly refinished front door. Dad sanded it down, stained it and also put in new hardware. Dad also put a fresh coat of paint on the mailbox. Dad spent 3 days working on this door. It looks great, Dad! :)
I couldn't be any happier! My Grandpa and Grandma came to visit us for several days. We had such a great time playing, going for tricycle rides, walks in the neighborhood, and just being together.

We are so lucky to have them be able to visit us often! I love them so much.

Here is Daddy staining the door. I'm helping. :)

Grandpa and Dada took a minute for a picture while working on the door.

Grandpa says it looks great!

Here's the new hardware. We love our new door!

Boom!

Ha! I was hungry and I went into the pantry to reach for some goodies and this is what happened. I stepped on top of the toaster but it slipped...
and I came crashing down and knocked down pasta on the way! Mom and Dad didn't get mad. They were too busy laughing!

Kisses

I love giving Giana kisses. All the time.
It's so fun being a big sister!

Busy bodies!

Baby Giana is in the Exersaucer having a good time! Here is one of her many, generous smiles that we see every day!
We enjoy her so much!

We spent some time downstairs in the Family Area. Here I am burning off some energy bouncing on the sectional. Whee!

I took Tumbling classes and here I am practicing some of the moves that I learned this Summer. Watch this! :) Summer is coming to a close here in Spokane. The weather is starting to cool. I start orientation next week at my new school. I'll be going to a Montessori School. I am so excited. I can't wait! I'll let you know how things go. Have a good one!

Camping at Priest Lake!

We went tent camping at Priest Lake in Idaho with our friends the Macdonalds and my friend Harper and his little brother Carson. We had a blast! We went out on a boat and here I am sleeping. Dad showed me how to drive a boat. It wore me out.
Here's my good friend Harper ("Ha-pah" as I like to say it). We met in co-op and we live pretty close to each other too! We're enjoying some cheese and ham sandwiches under an umbrella on the beach. (Mom note: If you look at Sofia's self-inflicted "bangs" you can see where the mullet disaster happened.)

We're coming in from our boat ride. This was Giana's first camping trip at 3 months old and she did awesome! We built campfires and made S'mores, we swam and played at the beach, we went out for "nature walks" and found neat insects and picked huckleberries! We thank our friends for such a great experience!

Giana is 100 Days Old!

Giana turned 100 days old on August 12th. In Korean culture, it's a big milestone!
I love having a baby sister. Giana is wonderful!
