Dad spent many weeks studying for his Boards. The hard work (and 2 1/2 years of school) paid off. Congratulations! Dad LOVES cake. Mom and I picked this one out together. 
"What? Oh, nothing. I was just making sure that all the frosting was there." (Mom admits that Murphy is a pretty good dog, especially with me.)
There's a lot of face and cake going on here. Dad is now officially an anest...aneteis...anesthetist! Your family is very proud of you.
