My favorite playmate Murphy

Like my rigged laundry basket? Murphy pulled me around the house in style.

Ha ha! I had a great time with the Black Beast! Thanks, Murph.

Snow!

When we first arrived, there was a lot of snow here. Here I am with Grandma trying to catch some flakes!
I actually really like cold weather. I even like taking naps in my stroller outside all bundled up. It's the fresh, coolness that I like. See the flying pig behind me? That was a gift to my grandparents from me.

A visit from Ms. Kathy

Mom, Murphy, and I have been hanging out at Grandma and Grandpa's house since we got here...a MONTH ago! Ms. Kathy came to visit us. We're both sitting on the couch catching up since we last saw each other last July.
Ms. Kathy is in Thailand on a 3 week trip with a friend. I hope she has a great time!

Good-Bye Richmond!

Mom, Murphy, and I were getting ready to fly out to Seattle last week. I was thinking about flying in this crate, but it was for Murphy instead.
I've flown quite a bit and I love it every time! I'm just making sure that everyone is comfortable on the flight. I think I spoke to nearly everyone on the plane and many people even picked me up and carried me around and one nice lady even read books to me on her lap!

I'm just telling the flight attendant here that the gentleman up front needs a blanket. He mentioned that he was a little chilly. Everyone was so nice on the plane! It helped make it an easy flight!

Here we are in front of our house. We thought we'd take one last family picture on our front porch before leaving. (Do I look scary? Grr!) Richmond has been a great city for us. Dad went to school here, I was born here and we made lots of friends as well. We also got to see our Northern Virginia/Maryland family quite a bit. That was really neat. I got to know Aunty Mia and her 3 sons and grandchildren, Uncle Don and Aunt Larissa and their daughters and sons and grandchildren. I even met Uncle Guy. We'll be back to visit everyone sometime.

This is Thor. He was our next door neighbor. Thor is very sweet.

This is Flash. He is quite possibly the biggest and fattest cat that I've seen so far. He lives with Thor.
I'm taking my stuffed animal out for a walk since it's so nice outside.

Oh look! It's Ms. Ashley! We ran into her on our stroll. We had some great times at their house, pool, river house, and their boat. We'll miss you and Mr. Jay! Come out and visit us!

This is my neighbor Ms. Dana (Thor and Flash's Mom). I just got a bath (that's why my hair looks so funny) and Mr. Dana came over to visit and is reading me a bedtime story. I really liked having someone else read to me besides Mom and Dad.

I'm playing at Cousin Bennett and Carrie's house. We stayed there the night before flying out of D.C. They have a great playroom with lots of toys and games!

Cousin Carrie and Bennett are giving me hugs. They have on some really cool p.j.s! (Notice how Murphy managed to sneak into these pictures?)

And last, but not least, here is Mr. Robb at the library. Again, I like to stand really close to him to make sure that he doesn't mess up or miss something. (Don't worry, he doesn't.) Virginia was a great place to be!

Nerdimus Fontana

Dad spent many weeks studying for his Boards. The hard work (and 2 1/2 years of school) paid off. Congratulations! Dad LOVES cake. Mom and I picked this one out together.
"What? Oh, nothing. I was just making sure that all the frosting was there." (Mom admits that Murphy is a pretty good dog, especially with me.)
There's a lot of face and cake going on here. Dad is now officially an anest...aneteis...anesthetist! Your family is very proud of you.

Cooking Up A Storm!

Julian and I are making a meal in his kitchen. I'm washing a few things in the sink while Julian asks the parents what they would like to eat.
I'm offering raisins for appetizers. Would you like some?

Really? Yes, we have lasagna coming right up, Ms. Suzanne! (That's Julian's mom.) I miss Julian already. It was great to have you as a neighbor!

My New Hat

I decided to wear underwear on the outside of my jammies and on my head. It fits just like a hat.
Love my fashiony get-up? My jammies don't even match! (I bet this will be the new rage in a few years.)
