Here's J.J. with his trusty iPod as he is driving us to Charleston. We decided to leave at 8:30 p.m. once Sofia was out for the night because she does not tolerate long trips in the car. She doesn't enjoy being strapped in, not being able to move, and looking at the gray seat in front of her. She slept all the way down for the 6 1/2 hour drive. Whew!

Here's Murphy looking like he is about to jump out of the car because he was so cramped for space. He had to lean up against the car window at times. We tried to pack light with the new baby, but there's never enough space. We did bring the Jumperoo because it is a great source of entertainment for everyone around. Sofia has started to squeal when she's happy and forces out fake coughs when there's something she's not too fond of. She's entertaining.

Here's Mom getting camera happy in the car taking all sorts of pictures! Sofia's one source of entertainment was watching Murphy move around trying to get comfortable.

This is Sofia in the mirror. I remember when her feet couldn't even touch the mirror, but now she kicks it all the time!
