Sofia is so happy to be jumping in the Jumperoo at Papa's house! We tried to pack light, but this awesome contraption made the cut!

J.J. and Sofia are opening a gift together. Murphy somehow makes it in a lot of our pictures. Sneaky fella!

As much as we tried, we just couldn't take the redneck element out of Murphy. He loves cardboard. Some days, we come home to a backyard filled with tiny pieces of cardboard from recycling that Murphy has chewed up and scattered in the grass. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Rutherford County, North Carolina. (Gosh, it even sounds redneck!)

Cousins Ava and Evan playing with Sofia. This is the first time they have met Sofia! (p.s. The Jumperoo was a wonderful hand-me-down from the twins. Sofia also is lucky enough to wear Ava's hand-me-down clothes. Thanks, guys!)

Here's Sofia with Nana and Daddy. (There was a better picture of J.J., but I thought this one would bring laughs from all around. Am I mean?)

Here's Sofia with Papa! How cute! Sofia must weigh at least 20 pounds now. At the end of the day, my neck and shoulder muscles feel like they are tearing off!

One happy family!

J.J. got Sofia an Appalachian State onesie. It says 'The biggest lil' Mountaineers Fan!' We will sport that one with pride!

There IS a Santa Claus! Sofia was really concerned that Santa would miss our stop in Beaufort, since we were away home, but he knew where to find Sofia's cookies and milk.

There's Sofia's letter (I wrote it out for her) with milk and cookies.

I am giving Sofia a bath in Papa's kitchen sink. We were slip-slidin' all over the place!

Papa and J.J. are setting up the Christmas tree. J.J. is all thumbs and ready to roll!
