Sofia's Baptism!

Here I am holding Sofia next to J.J. with Godmother Sallie and Godfather Roman behind us.

The Father is blessing Sofia. She is ready!

J.J. is holding Sofia with Roman behind them. Sofia was so ready for her nap and she held on as long as she could, but finally had to be nursed (in the pews, folks!) to sleep. She slept towards the end of the ceremony. Good timing.

We're standing with Roman, Uncle Don, and Aunt Larissa. Sofia is conked out!

Father Kelly is speaking to the parents and godparents. It was a great ceremony. Unfortunately, our camera (and the extra battery) died and so we don't have pictures of the actual pouring, but I think other family members took pictures. We want to thank everyone for coming to the baptism and especially to those who traveled far to be a part of the special day. We had Aunt Mia and Uncle Chris and the twins travel from the southern direction from Florida and Cousin Roman and his girlfriend came all the way from Buffalo, New York and everyone else in between! I will post pictures of the party soon!
