
Here are the first 2 runners of the race passing in front of our home. They are at the 22 mile marker under 2 hours. Pretty darn fast, if you ask me! p.s. After the first 2-3 runners, you don't see any others for a LONG time. Then the big crowds of runners start to show up.

Yowzers! Volunteers were handing out gummi bears, pretzels (don't choke), coke, and water. At Ashley and Jay's Marathon Party, the guests were handing out jello shots. Hmm...

Here is J.J. with Sofia all bundled up with our neighbor Dave and Murphy. 'Twas chilly!

What a colorful bunch. They look like they're having fun! It's amazing that anyone can smile when they've been running for 22+ miles. (I wouldn't be.)

The Marathon had about 5,000 runners. We did our share of cheering. "Lookin' good, buddy!" and "You're doing great! Keep it up!" are the usual lines that I like to throw out.
