My mom was SO excited to see and meet Sofia for the first time! My mom wouldn't leave the baggage terminal without carrying Sofia on her back with a Korean baby carrying blanket and loving on the baby.
It's great to see how much Sofia loves her grandma as well. It's amazing how quickly Sofia took to my mom and greets her with huge smiles and kicks and laughter in the morning! It's a cute sight.
My mom has put a traditional Korean hat on Sofia. Although it's for the first birthday (and a bit large), we thought we would try it on anyway. =) It comes with a beautiful gown as well. (Note: See all the empty luggage belts behind? Yes, we were there that long!)
Grandma is bathing baby for the first time! As much as I tried to help and give advice, my mom would have none of it and did it all with much joy. Great job, Mom!

Ahhh, grandmas! They are the best. If your mom is like Corinne's grandmas, you'll be lucky to see her at all, Shannon! Good thing you're still nursing so you'll at least get to hold her occasionally :-)Have a grand time Ms. Kim.
