The Good Year blimp flew over our house this past weekend when NASCAR started stirring for the season. We don't live too far from the track and we can hear the engines roaring from our house! It's kind of exciting! Mom says NASCAR brings out some interesting-looking people out from the woodworks. I'm not sure what that means, but she mentioned cut off jean shorts and mullets (Mudflaps and Kentucky Waterfalls).
There goes the blimp!
We actually realized that it flew over us before because Murphy kept looking up, jumping, and growling. Dad thought Murph was trying to catch a squirrel (he tries a lot!), but when he did it again, we all looked up and saw the blimp. Isn't he a great dog? He was just trying to protect the fambly! We love the Black Beast! (Please excuse our recycling mess!)
